Candy Berquam specializes in residential homes and land in the Southeast Iowa and Hancock County region. She is self motivated, honest, and abides by ethical standards in each aspect of her life.
Candy is married to Gary Berquam and has 4 children and 3 grandchildren. She has lived in Keokuk and Hamilton area most of her life, which has allowed her to witness the change and growth in the real estate industry in the Lee and Hancock County area. Candy and her husband Gary have remodeled several homes in the area. They recently purchased and restored an 1850’s home in the historical district of Keokuk, Iowa. Candy is familiar with the aspects of listing, selling, remodeling, and staging homes to sell.
